With ISO standard 80° rhombic structure, precision chip breaker, zero rake angle and zero clearance angle design, they are specially designed for high-speed and high-precision finishing of non-ferrous metals and composite materials. The service life is 50–100 times that of cemented carbide inserts, achieving mirror finish without secondary processing, greatly reducing costs and improving efficiency.
