Precision hole enlargement and finishing — expands pre-drilled holes to exact size with high dimensional accuracy.
Deep-hole chip evacuation — sharp cutting edges and optimized flute design reduce chip entanglement; optional internal coolant boosts chip removal.
Superior surface finish — multi-flute design removes material evenly, achieving Ra ≤ 1.6 µm without burrs.
Extended tool life — optional TiN / TiAlN / AlTiN coatings reduce wear and protect edge integrity on hardened materials.

Q1. What is the MOQ?
A: Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces per order, and mixed sizes are welcome. For first-time trial orders, please contact us for flexible terms.
Q2. What is the delivery time?
A: Stock items ship within 3–5 days; custom-made reamers take 15–25 days after drawing confirmation.
Q3. Can you make custom reamers per our drawing?
A: Yes. We support OEM/ODM customization on diameter, tolerance, coating, shank type, flute design and overall length. Please provide hole diameter tolerance and required surface finish when ordering.
Q4. Which materials can this reamer machine?
A: The carbide version handles stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy, copper, plastics and composites (up to 45 HRC).
Q5. How do you guarantee quality?
A: Every reamer passes three strict inspections — online production screening, technical sampling verification and overall quality appraisal — before shipment.
Q6. What coating should I choose?
A: TiN for general steel; TiAlN/AlTiN for stainless steel, hardened steel and dry machining; TiCN for high-abrasion conditions. Our engineers will recommend based on your workpiece and process.
Q7. How should the reamer be used and maintained?
A: Use with adequate coolant, avoid excessive feed rates, and keep cutting speed within recommended range. Clean after use and store in a dry place to prevent corrosion and edge chipping.
Q8. What about after-sales service and warranty?
A: We provide 1:1 replacement or refund for quality issues confirmed within the warranty period, plus regrinding/recoating service and technical support from our application engineers.
